Due to the nature of digital design services, all payments are non-refundable once work on your project has commenced. By purchasing a design service, you agree to these terms.

As this is a remote service, it is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate room measurements and information, as design recommendations are created based on the details provided. All design plans and product selections are intended as professional guidance to help you implement the space, and while every effort is made to select reliable sources, product availability and pricing can occasionally change.

Timelines provided are estimated and may vary depending on project scope, communication, and the timely return of feedback or requested information.
